Coming shortly, hand-crafted easy to follow exercise programmes that you can perform at home or at a gym. These programmes will be designed to help keep you motivated and meet your goals – build your confidence. Strength training is one of the best forms of exercise during Menopause as it helps to retain and gain muscle, lose fat which helps to prevent the onset of Oesteoporosis.

These easy to follow routines will not require you to purchase expensive gym equipment or weights, dumbbells or kettle bells, unless you want to, you can easily use items from your kitchen. I’ll show you how. Together we’ll make it happen.  

This is not about being me your PT, this is giving you the tools and focus to keep you motivate to keep moving, not every form of exercise has to be performed in a Gym.  

I am a retired a competitive fitness athlete and I will share on my knowledge and experience of what I have learned during my time getting stage ready, putting in the hours weight training, cardio, counting the steps to help you. Drawing on the discipline and motivation that kept me focused to succeed.
