Are you ready to?

This is the programme that you’ve been looking for the 8-M-4 Programme and I KNOW you’ll love it

Oestrogen is the main hormone that regulates the processes between our Brains and Ovaries sending messages around our bodies and in your skeletal, cardiovascular, and central nervous system which impacts overall health affecting:

  • Brain function, Brain Fog
  • Cholesterol levels
  • Bone and Muscle Mass, which can lead to Osteoporosis
  • Blood Sugar levels, leading to Type 2 Diabetes
  • Collagen Production
  • Circulation and Blood flow

You may already be experiencing some of these symptoms, but maybe didn’t realise they were Perimenopause related.

8-M-4 Programme is an 8 Week Programme designed to support and address the symptoms that women face during the Perimenopause as they progress onto the Menopause. The 4-M’s signify, Menopause, Mindfulness, Movement and Motivation

Mindfulness – Maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment, being kind to yourself and nurturing. Mindful of what we consume and fuel ourselves to be our best. Looking at the Practices of Mindful eating which focuses on Meal Planning or a Weight Loss journey if your looking to loose that Meno-Middle.

Movement – Don’t panic if you’re not a regular exerciser. This isn’t about lacing up your trainers and heading to the gym, I get it, they can be scary places if you’ve not been before. But they can also be very welcoming. I love my gym, I call it the big girl playground. Movement is all about, what it say’s movement, this is anything that get’s your heart rate up, it can be, gentle/brisk walking, Yoga, Home Workouts, Gym Classes, Tennis/Badminton/Squash, Swimming, Dance Class, Cycling. The options are endless. You can make it a social event too, there’s always room for a Cuppa after. One thing I will stress, strength training is the best form of exercise during Perimenopause as it helps to prevent the onset of Osteoporosis which is caused due to the weakening of the bones, due to the reduction of Oestrogen.

Motivation & Mindset – I find when you take up a new activity or programme, you go into it with gusto and you tell yourself I’m going to stick to it. But how many times do you give up. Staying motivated is key, journaling is a great way to stay motivated, it helps you to see how far you’ve come and also get things out of your head, which can support with the Brain Fog. Regular check ins and Progress Photo’s are amazing motivators too. There’s lots of tools to keep you on track that we can use.

I’m confident and really excited that you’ll want to be part of this wonderful empowering and confidence building programme.

This fantastic course is available at only £30 per week, which also includes a weekly check in with me to help you stay on track and accountable. All you need to do is click on the link to sign up.

There are no fads, no gimmicks, I am a true believer in eating healthy foods and a little bit of what you fancy does you good.

I’ve been through my Menopause so I understand the struggles, the symptoms and horrible toll hormones can play on the body and the female psyche! So there’s a lot of emotion gone into this too, it’s not just out of a text book. Honest!
